Power Yoga – Dynamic workout that will invigorate and energize you. Helps reduce stress and rejuvenates your immune system, while increasing your flexibility and building muscle strength.
Premier Cycle – Are you ready to RIDE? Cycling is designed to take you to the next level of cardiovascular fitness with 45-60 minutes of pure heart and leg pumping cycling.
Step Power Class – This workout is for all levels of fitness. Low impact with some high impact added. A great cardio workout!
Sports Plus – The ultimate challenge! Improves agility, balance, coordination, speed, power, endurance, core strength and so much more. A cross-training class incorporation strength and cardio exercise using resistance tubing, jump ropes, weights, benches, cones and more. Beginners are welcome! YOU CAN DO IT!
Aerobic & Toning – This class is for everyone. It has low and high impact aerobics as well as body conditioning. This is a great workout – come try it!
Zumba – Zumba routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combonation of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principals of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize the caloric output. It is lots of fun!
