Anxiety Self-Assessment
Most of us experience stress and feelings of anxiety on a regular basis. However, those who suffer with anxiety problems experience the "fight or flight" response in a more lasting, damaging way. Feelings caused by increased adrenaline persist long after the triggering event is over. People with anxiety concerns worry about their symptoms and often develop a "fear of fear" response.
