View Available Classes Online Childbirth ClassesThe Gift of Motherhood E-learning Childbirth Education Program is an alternative for those who cannot attend a conventional childbirth class due to bed rest, scheduling conflicts or time constraints. The online class is an interactive, web-based program that includes animated illustrations, videos and hospital information. A live class may also be scheduled along with this program for breathing and positioning with a childbirth instructor.

Read More Infant/Child CPRThe CPR for Family and Friends awareness program is modular and teaches rescuers skills in CPR, relief from choking and basic first aid. This course presents information on the American Heart Association pediatric, infant and child Chain of Survival, signs of choking in infants and children, how to reduce the risk of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) and prevention of the most common fatal injuries in infants and children.

The curriculum includes the importance of breastfeeding, benefits for mom and baby, how breastfeeding works, getting the best start and the importance of support.

View Available Classes Big Brother/Big SisterThis is a great course for siblings-to-be. Designed for ages 3-7, this course will teach a child what to expect when the new baby arrives and ways he/she can help with the new baby. The children will watch a video, make a birthday card for the new baby and receive a Big Brother or Big Sister t-shirt, coloring book and class certificate.

Our dedicated lactation staff will be on hand to assist you with your breastfeeding and postpartum needs. This is also a great way to socialize with other new mothers.
