Ortho/Spine/Pediatric Outpatient Rehabilitation Center
The Ortho/Spine/Pediatric Outpatient Center provides therapy under one roof for both the orthopedic and pediatric populations. Our orthopedic clinic has three occupational therapists that have received their highly-prized certification in hand therapy and our physical therapy program offers specialized treatment for pelvic dysfunction, aquatic therapy, back and sports injuries as well as post surgical therapy. We have electrical stimulation and ultrasound as a part of our treatment regimen.
Our pediatric physical, occupational and speech therapists follow many of their patients from the time they are newborns well into the elementary school years. Music therapy and art therapy are provided for our patients as an adjunct to traditional treatment, while education and assistance are provided to the parents of these children. Orthopedic Rehabilitation
Services include evaluation and treatment of various orthopedic conditions of the neck, spine and extremities related to injury, overuse and/or the aging process. Treatments focus on the rehabilitative, preventative and educational needs of each individual client. Neck and Back Rehabilitation
Our highly trained staff offers interventions for rehabilitative and preventative back care utilizing various manual therapy interventions and clinical modalities including mechanical traction, ultrasound and electric stimulation. Evaluation and treatment are focused on mechanical diagnosis and treatment. Sports Rehabilitation
Services focus on rehabilitation and prevention of sports injury through individualized physical, functional and sport-specific evaluation and treatment. Biodex testing is available. Hand Therapy
Our certified hand therapists offer a variety of interventions for both surgical and nonsurgical patients in areas of tendon reconstruction, joint replacement therapy, overuse syndromes, arthritis management, and custom splinting. Aquatic Therapy
In conjunction with the Premier Health and Fitness Center, we are able to offer aquatic therapy intervention for patients with a variety of physical and functional mobility limitations of the spine and extremities related to injury, overuse or the aging process. Pain Management
Services include evaluation and treatment of chronic pain issues with a variety of therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, electrotherapeutic point stimulation and frequency specific microcurrent therapy. Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
Services include evaluation and treatment of numerous pelvic floor dysfunctions including chronic pelvic pain, myofascial pain syndrome, and bowel and bladder incontinence. Therapeutic interventions include manual therapy techniques and patient education and also frequently utilize neuromuscular stimulation and biofeedback interventions.
