Bucks for Babies to benefit the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Tallahassee Memorial
The TMH Foundation and Cumulus Broadcasting are “Bucks for Babies” partners to raise funds for 32 milk warmers to benefit babies and their families served by the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Tallahassee Memorial. Pedaling for Parkinson's
Saturday, March 22, 2014

The Pedaling for Parkinson’s event will be Saturday, March 22, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Sweat Therapy Fitness, 1122 Thomasville Road, Unit 10, in Tallahassee.

All proceeds from this unique indoor fundraising cycle-a-thon will benefit Tallahassee Memorial NeuroScience Center for Parkinson’s Disease research in memory of Samuel Torres. Throughout the event, there will be presentations by Parkinson’s Disease experts including a lecture series, educational activities with Florida State University College of Medicine Students, food and fun for all. Rock the Pink
April 13, 2014
Please join the TMH Foundation and the Rock the Pink committee on Sunday, April 13, for the 3nd Annual Rock the Pink Lip Sync and Silent Auction.  The event, which takes place at the American Legion Hall at Lake Ella, will run from 6:00–8:00 p.m.  Doors open at 5:00 p.m. All proceeds stay local and will benefit the Tallahassee Memorial Sharon Ewing Walker Breast Health Center. 

This family-friendly event will include local personalities lending their style, sass and humor to lip sync performances of favorite songs. A silent auction will also be held including art, sports, memorabilia, and certificates to Tallahassee’s favorite forms of entertainment, restaurants, shops, and salons. The Sharon Ewing Walker Breast Health Center is dedicated to providing leading-edge technology and guidance that women need for breast care in a warm, comfortable environment.  In addition, the Center provides a full array of diagnostic and support services for the detection and treatment of breast cancer.

The Ride for Hope - 9th Annual
June 13 & 14, 2014 at the North Florida Fairgrounds
A fun-filled cyclist and wellness event for all ages, The Ride for Hope provides six distance rides ranging from a family fun ride/walk to a 100-mile century through the rolling hills and canopy roads of Tallahassee.  Excellent SAG support and water stops! Jersey order discount for early registration!  Free insulated water bottle for Century & Metric riders – while supplies last – register now!

The Ride for Hope begins at 4 p.m. on Friday, June 13 with a Vendor Expo that includes pre-registration, dinner, entertainment and the “Hero of Hope” presentation. All rides take place on Saturday, June 14, starting with the 100-mile century at 6:30 a.m., with the “family fun” events and Health Fair from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. All attendees will receive free health and fitness information and other benefits. The Ride for Hope also features music, food, face painting, and fun for the whole family. All proceeds benefit the Tallahassee Memorial Cancer Center and help to keep quality cancer care close to home.

Over 3000 foot elevation gain on the century!  The Florida Highway Patrol will escort for lead groups in both the metric and century race components.  The Century race component includes a 3-lap criterium finish.
