Our Home Health Care services allow you to have skilled nursing, therapy and personal care services at home, surrounded by family and friends. <br /><br /><strong>If You Haven&rsquo;t Been Hospitalized But Need Home Care, We Can Help</strong><br />In many instances, physicians order home health care services for a patient that has not recently been hospitalized, but, needs assistance with short-term recovery at home.<br /><br /><strong>We are Fully Accredited</strong><br />Tallahassee Memorial Home Health Care is a Medicare Certified Agency, licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration, to provide services in Calhoun, Gadsden, Jackson, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Taylor and Wakulla Counties. It is also accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.<br /><br /><strong>Financial Information</strong><br />We accept assignment from Medicare and Medicaid. You will be be billed for any services you receive that qualify under these programs unless a co-payment is required. Co-payments required by law will be billed to the beneficiary. Coverage by private insurance companies and HMO&rsquo;s is subject to pre-certification approvals as indicated in your individual plan.<br /><br />
