Know the Warning Signs of a Heart Attack
A heart attack is a life or death emergency. If you experience any of these warning signs, call 911!
  • Chest, stomach, back, neck or jaw pain
  • Nausea or dizziness
  • Shortness of breath
  • Unexplained anxiety, weakness or fatigue
  • Irregular heartbeat, cold sweat or paleness

Lifestyle Changes for Better Heart Health
  • Stop smoking – the single most preventable risk factor for heart disease
  • Drink alcohol in moderation or not at all
  • Control your blood pressure
  • Know your cholesterol numbers
  • Exercise regularly
  • Control or delay the onset of diabetes
