Guidelines
These guidelines are set for the safety and well-being of your child and of the other children that are using our Play-Care.

  • The maximum length of stay at Play-Care is 2 hours.

  • We ask that you make an appointment for your child up-to one week in advance.

  • If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible so that we may offer that space to another child.

  • If your child has not arrived by 15 minutes past the appointment time, the space may be given to another child, unless we have been notified of a late arrival.

  • We do require that you sign your child IN upon arrival, and sign you child OUT upon your departure.

  • The adult/guardian that drops off the child must be the one who picks the child up. Please let us know if someone other than this will be taking the child. You may have to come down from your work-out if we do not know alternate plans.

  • Parents/Guardians are required to remain on the premises of "Premier" while their child is in Play Care. In the event of an emergency, parents will be notified immediately.

  • Changing diapers is the responsibility of the parent. If necessary, you will be asked to come and change your child. Please dispose of dirty diapers in the appropriate trash can. (please tie in a plastic bag)

  • Food and snacks are not allowed in our Child-Care. If you need to feed your child, please do so before or after your work-out. Babies may have a bottle.

  • Drinks are allowed. Please put drinks in a "sippy" cup or covered drink container. Please put names on cups.

  • Please dress your child appropriately to run, jump, tumble, climb, paint, and play.

  • Potty trained children should wear clothing that can easily be taken off and put on in the bathroom.

  • If your child is ill, please keep him/her home. If the child is staying home from school because they don't feel good, then we ask that you do not bring them to Child Care either. Please do not bring your child with any of the following symptoms:

Fever within the last 24 hours
    Heavy nasal discharge (with discoloration)
    Constant or severe cough
    Rash or skin infection
    Eye infection or discharge
Vomiting/vomiting within the last 24 hours
    Diarrhea or upset stomach
    Excessive crying/crankiness

  • Our discipline policy begins with our promise of genuine respect for children's needs and feelings. We explain our rules and clearly repeat them on an on-going basis. We provide activities and equipment that keep children safe, and busy. As a result, we expect there to be few discipline problems. A child that has trouble getting along or who misuses equipment will be reminded of the rules and/or re-directed to another activity. If necessary, a child that is not behaving as they should be, will be asked to sit in quiet-time. Spanking, or any other form of physical or verbal punishment, is prohibited. If any child becomes too much to handle we will get the parent and that child will be asked to leave.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service to children who are repeatedly hurtful to others or exhibit dangerous or destructive behavior.
