Alden EnlowAlden Enlow

Education
Bachelors of Applied Physiology and Kinesiology (with an emphasis on Fitness and Wellness) from the University of Florida

Experience
Alden has worked in a plethora of fitness fields. He has trained middle school football teams, coached at Youth Combine in Gainesville, and spent six months as a Physical Therapy Assistant at Kinetix Physical Therapy. At the University of Florida, he worked in the Biomechanics Lab, working with Parkinson’s Patients and elderly on gait training under Dr. Chris Hass.

Experience
Army Veteran, eight years experience in Fitness Competitions (NPC, FAP, FUP, IFPA, & Ms. Fitness USA), Aqua Therapy Instructor (Tallahassee Orthopedic Sports and Physical Therapy); 80+ observation hours in a clinical Physical Therapy setting (Tallahassee Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation).

ACSM Certified Personal Trainer; AFAA Group Exercise Member/Instructor, and CPR/First Aid Certified.

Specialties
Active older adults, youth/teen sports specific training, general conditioning for novice fitness enthusiasts, plyometric training for elite athletes, ongoing physical rehabilitation, and group exercise.

Kyle JenningsKyle Jennings

Experience
Three years of personal training in the Tallahassee area.  Clientele have ranged from individuals looking to lose weight to trying to get in shape to try out for a collegiate varsity sports team.  Helped with research under Dr. Robert Moffat of Florida State University College of Human Sciences.

NSCA Certified Personal Trainer.

Weight loss, sport-specific training, hypertrophy (mass-gaining) training, overall improvement of health, fitness, and energy levels.

Philosophy
There is no secret to getting in shape, improving your health, and having a better physique; it takes hard work and consistency.  Hard work does not necessarily mean unpleasant work, and taking the time to educate yourself and getting the proper tools is a great first step toward a pleasant and rewarding journey to a better you.

I have a year of experience as a personal trainer and an aerobics instructor. As a graduate student at Utah State University, I taught four semesters of Fitness Assessment Lab which included teaching such skills as body composition, blood pressure, VO2 testing, and other elements of fitness testing. Personally, I have experience as a high school track and cross country runner and now I run road races. I have run three full marathons and am currently training for my fourth!

Sean has been a Hatha Yoga instructor and taught exercise classes at assisted living facilities. He has been a Certified Personal Trainer at Premier since February of 2008 and worked with a variety of clients since.
