The Inbody 570 goes beyond traditional body composition analysis. In as little 30 minutes, you can know your muscle mass, lean body mass, body fat mass, percent body fat, visceral fat and much more. The InBody’s detailed analysis tells you how many pounds of muscle and fat you have in each limb and in the torso. It also measures your total body water and divides it into intracellular water and extracellular water – values important for understanding a user’s fluid distribution in medical, wellness, or fitness contexts. So, do you want to know what you’re made of?
The Korr ReeVue gives a precise measurement of your resting metabolic rate (RMR). Your RMR is how many calories you burn at rest each day. The Korr ReeVue test will calculate your daily calorie needs and make recommendations in order for you to lose or maintain body weight. All you have to do is sit and relax while breathing into a tube attached to the Korr ReeVue. The test takes about 10 - 20 minutes and a qualified staff trainer will go over your results with you.
