Premier Health & Fitness Center hosts Physician Lectures about various topics several times a month. View the upcoming Physician Lectures.

Adult Swim Lessons  

Learn basic safety skills to prevent drowning, conquer your fear of water, and develop a foundation of swim strokes such as front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke with Certified Red Cross Swim Instructor, Jared Yullie.

Kids' Summer Swim Lessons

We're making a splash all summer long! All lessons are 40 minutes in duration for 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday). Makeup sessions for cancelations due to inclement weather will be held the following Friday. Offered for children ages 4 - 17 years. Children must be potty trained. Limited space is available. Join Coach Mike Mcgrotha and Maclay’s Girls Basketball Head Coach, Raph Harris for Summer Basketball Camp! Camp is held Monday - Thursday from 9:30am - 12:30pm andwill feature game like situations to improve each player’s basketball skills. Appropriate for boys & girls ages 6 - 14.

Talk & Taste: Going Further with Food

'Going Further with Food' is an activity based workshop to help you understand the process of food planning and prep, while making educated choices to help you better meet your goals.
