Pickleball is scheduled on the Basketball Courts

Looking for a new sport that is physical, competitive, yet social? Try playing pickleball. Pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton, and racquetball. Players use wood or composite paddles and a perforated plastic baseball, like a whiffleball, and compete on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court, with a net of 34 inches at the center. Games are played both as singles and doubles. Pickleball is easy for beginners to learn, however, pickleball can also develop into a quick, fast paced, competitive game for experienced players of all ages. 

Yes, Pickleball is a funny word, but it's not a laughing matter for players in many communities around the States. 

Come on out and see what everyone's been talking about... try it, you'll like it!

Get hyped on game days and join Ali every Saturday morning from 8:05 - 9a.m. for a high energy session that combines agility, speed, strength conditioning, cardio, core, and balance through active sport-style drills & exercises using training tools, like the TRX, TANK and TRX RIP trainer! Sessions are scheduled to be held outdoors, so bring your water and get ready to sweat!
