Car Raffle Rules and Regulations
1. Only 1,275 tickets available.
2. The winning ticket will be randomly drawn from submitted tickets on Sunday, Nov. 5 at approximately 5:30 pm at Proctor Honda, 2373 W. Tennessee St., Tallahassee, FL. You do not have to be present to win.
3. Winner must claim vehicle from The Proctor Dealerships by Dec. 31, 2023; otherwise, the winner forfeits the car.
4. Before taking possession of the vehicle, all applicable sales and income taxes, registration fees and licensing must be paid by the winner.
5. Winner must be 18 years of age or older.
6. Winner must have proof of car insurance.
7. Winner is solely responsible for his/her own actions and agrees not to hold the TMH Foundation or Proctor Dealerships liable in connection with winning the car or other prizes.
8. This is not a tax-deductible donation.
9. Suggested minimum price is $100 per ticket.

To obtain a free raffle ticket, take a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 2373 West Tennessee Street, Tallahassee, FL 32304, on Sept. 29 between 9 and 9:30 am. Limit one free ticket per household. Cannot pick up ticket for another person.
