Meet baby girl Blair!
Baby Blair was born on December 5, 2021, at 24 weeks and 4 days.
Because she was born three and a half months before her March 23 due date, Blair is being cared for in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) until she’s ready to go home.
A month and a half into her stay, she’s grown from her 1 lb. 13 oz birth weight to 2 lb. 9 oz.
She is healthy and growing just as she should be! Blair’s parents, Shelby and Devon Richardson, visit her every day and soak up all the snuggles and kangaroo care they can with her.
Shelby and Devon are first time parents and say the NICU team has been there for them every step of the way.
They have a strong sense of security that their daughter is in good hands.
“I couldn’t ask for a better NICU,” Shelby said.
