Request a Wheelchair
Our Transportation Department is available if you need assistance getting to your appointment or to a location in the Main Hospital. Call 850-431-3100 to request a wheelchair. It may take 15 – 20 minutes for someone to be available.

If you are visiting our campus and know you will need wheelchair assistance, please call 30 minutes ahead of your arrival to request a wheelchair.
