Hiring Event Information

Thank you for your interest in a position at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH)! See below for details about the Hiring Event and what to expect. Please be sure to read this information in its entirety.

Tallahassee Memorial Education Center 
1623 Medical Dr, Tallahassee, FL 32308 
(In the lower level of the HR building)

Dress Code

Business casual (no jeans/shorts).

Same Day Offers

PLEASE NOTE: TMH is doing same-day job offers. If you are extended an offer, there will be a drug screening and background check as part of the hiring process. 

What to Bring 

Please bring the following documents with you to your interview:

  • Current driver license or another current government-issued photo ID
  • And, at least one of the following (If applying for an EVS or Dietary position, please disregard):
    • Social Security card  
    • U.S. birth certificate
    • Current U.S. citizen ID card
    • U.S. passport
  • Diploma or final transcript of your highest completed level of education required for your job at TMH (If applying for an EVS or Dietary position, please disregard)
  • A copy of your Immunization Records, including proof of your COVID vaccination
  • Direct deposit information: Either a VOIDED check or your bank account information, plus your routing number (including all zeros)
  • If selected, a start date and orientation date will be determined during your new hire discussion.
