October 2025
Construction of our new healthcare facility continues to make tremendous progress. Since the last update, the project has advanced from foundational work into full vertical construction. The main structure of the facility is now clearly visible, with most of the precast concrete walls in place and the building’s overall shape taking form.
Two cranes remain active on-site as crews complete wall installation and begin preparing for interior framing and utility work. The adjacent support structure, located on the east side of the site, has been fully enclosed and will soon transition to internal build-out.
This stage marks a major milestone for the project, showcasing the scale and future impact of the new facility. Once complete, this expansion will enhance our ability to provide advanced, accessible care to our community and surrounding region.
We look forward to sharing continued progress as construction moves toward enclosure and interior development in the coming months.
June 2025

As of June, construction on the new hospital adjacent to the existing medical office building has made significant strides. Since the early groundwork captured last year, the project has progressed from foundational preparation to active vertical construction. 7,200 cubic yards of concrete slab have been poured, structural walls and elevator cores are rising, and two tower cranes are now fully operational to support the next phases of development.
This milestone marks a transition into the vertical build-out phase, bringing us one step closer to expanding our ability to deliver advanced, accessible care to our growing community. We remain on schedule and look forward to continuing steady progress in the months ahead.
2024

We are actively working on building our new healthcare facility in Panama City Beach, FL. Engineers are working with several construction materials, equipment and have partially completed foundation structures. There is a clear layout of rebar, concrete forms and utility conduits, part of the early stages of foundation or underground utility installation. Additionally, we welcomed the arrival of a large red crane that will move materials such as steel beams or concrete forms into place. The structures in the center are at different stages of foundation and framing work. There is also the formation of vertical structures like elevator shafts and stairwells.
