EpicCare Link Information

EpicCare Link is a web-based portal that connects you to patient information stored in Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) EHR for referred and admitted patients. You can set up your own site access and self-administer access to the patients you treat. You can see your patients’ full TMH chart, exchange messages with TMH staff, place procedure orders, referrals, and send Case requests. When you sign up for EpicCare Link, you will designate one user as a Site Administrator.

That Site Administrator will:

  • Coordinate with TMH's support desk for activation
  • Configure your remaining staff as users
  • Distribute self-guided training material to your staff
