This is a safe, welcoming, and supportive space to connect with others who understand what you’re experiencing. The group is intentionally limited to 25 participants to ensure a comfortable and engaging environment.

During the session, attendees will have the opportunity to:

• Connect with peers in a supportive group setting
• Enjoy a hydration station and protein tasting bar
• Participate in a door prize/gift basket drawing
• Share experiences, ask questions, and build community
