This four-night course will cover stages of labor, positions during labor, breathing & pushing techniques, medication options, anatomy of pregnancy, nutrition, vaginal & cesarean deliveries and post-partum care. It is best to take this class between 28-32 weeks of pregnancy. Please book this class in advance as spaces fill quickly.

This class is a four night series. Classes will be held Monday May 11, Wednesday May 13, Monday May 18 and Wednesday May 20. Each class is from 6:15pm to 8:30pm.
