The Heart Failure practice is part of Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare’s Heart Failure Program, or as we like to call it – the Heart Healing Program. It is specifically designed to give patients with progressive heart disease the tools needed to manage their condition on a daily basis in order to improve their long-term health.

Our practice provides heart failure care for patients with progressive heart disease, giving them the tools needed to manage their condition on a daily basis in order to improve their long-term health.

We believe in fostering a positive, open relationship with our patients as well as their caregivers to provide optimal care, to instill confidence and to ensure patient satisfaction. We work to maintain a strong network of specialists should our patients need to be referred for further evaluation and believe that communication with the consulting physician and the patient is imperative to seamless, quality care.
