Student Filming & Interview Requests
TMH welcomes opportunities to support education when possible; however, student filming and interview requests are reviewed on a limited, case-by-case basis.
Because patient care and privacy remain our top priority, we are often unable to accommodate requests involving:
- Filming in patient rooms
- Filming in clinical areas
- Access to practices or busy departments
- Projects that may disrupt operations
Student Interview Requests
Requests to interview physicians, providers or staff may occasionally be accommodated depending on availability and operational needs.
When interviews are approved, participation may be limited to residents, faculty physicians, or designated representatives.
Important Requirements
All requests must be submitted in advance, include details about the project, identify the school or organization and explain how footage or interviews will be used.
All approved projects must comply with:
- HIPAA requirements
- Patient privacy standards
- Hospital safety policies.
