TMH Earns “B” Grade in Fall 2025 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Ratings

Hospital Continues to Demonstrate Significant Improvements in Patient Safety Practices
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (November 13, 2025) – Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) has been awarded a “B” grade in the Fall 2025 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade for the second rating period in a row, demonstrating progress in patient safety and reinforcing the organization’s commitment to providing the highest level of care to the region.
The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade is a nationally respected, independent rating system focused on 22 evidence-based measures of hospital safety, including infection prevention, error reduction, medication safety, patient experience and staffing. TMH’s grade reflects the measurable gains the organization has made through a strategic focus on quality, safety and patient satisfaction.
