TMH Welcomes Darin Jordan, MD, MBA, CPE, as President and Chief Physician Enterprise Officer of TMH Physician Partners

Experienced Physician Executive Will Unite Physician and Operational Leaders to Advance Collaboration, Growth and the Future of Care Across the Region

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (Sept. 10, 2026) – Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is pleased to welcome Darin Jordan, MD, MBA, CPE, as President and Chief Physician Enterprise Officer of TMH Physician Partners.

 In this role, Dr. Jordan will lead TMH’s Physician Enterprise Network, a unified model that brings together physicians, advanced practice providers and practice leaders across ambulatory clinics, acute care facilities and future regional sites. The network will strengthen clinical excellence, provider engagement and alignment, operational efficiency, organizational culture and the consumer experience while supporting greater collaboration and strategic growth across the care continuum.

A board-certified family medicine physician and experienced healthcare executive, Dr. Jordan most recently served as Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for AdventHealth Medical Group’s East Florida Division, where he provided executive leadership across its physician enterprise. Throughout his career, he has led complex physician organizations and multidisciplinary teams with a focus on quality, operational excellence, provider engagement, strategic growth and patient-centered care.
