Quincy Primary Care Practice Expands Access to Healthcare
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (Dec. 8, 2025) – TMH Physician Partners – Primary Care in Quincy is pleased to welcome William Ball, DO, bringing patient-centered primary care expertise to Gadsden County and the surrounding communities.
Dr. Ball, originally from the Arkansas Delta region, earned his medical degree at William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing his family medicine residency training at the University of Oklahoma Tulsa School of Family and Community Medicine, spending most of his time in Tulsa. He began his career practicing in Crawfordville where he developed his approach to building strong and trusting patient relationships.
Dr. Ball was drawn to TMH for its supportive environment and collaborative culture. “I think an inviting atmosphere is rare these days. Everyone seemed so open and available, with strangers taking their valuable time to help me,” he shares.
Dr. Ball specializes in foundational primary care services including routine screenings, blood pressure control, cholesterol management and simplifying diabetes care. He enjoys working with patients who are motivated to improve their health and finds great fulfillment in helping them clearly understand their care plan.
“I love the moment when everything makes sense to a patient,” he says. “Their hesitation fades, their confidence grows and their care truly moves forward.”

Outside of medicine, Dr. Ball enjoys spending time with his family, watching football, grilling, playing video games, enjoying good movies and trying new things.
