About Me
Dr. Franco treats a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders such as hyperthyroidism and thyroid cancer, adrenal tumors and mineral metabolism issues. His goal is to provide practical, evidence-based treatment plans that help patients feel informed, confident and supported in managing their health.
Born and raised in Brazil, Dr. Franco earned his medical degree from the Universidade Federal do Ceará. He completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in endocrinology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Most recently, he practiced in Minnesota, where he served patients with a wide spectrum of endocrine conditions.
“I take time to explain the ‘why’ behind each diagnosis and treatment plan,” said Dr. Franco. “I want every patient to feel like they’re part of the decision-making process and have a clear path forward.”
Outside of medicine, Dr. Franco is passionate about music — he enjoys playing guitar and studying music theory — as well as staying active through soccer, tennis and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
