Dr. Alberto Fernandez has been an incredible pulmonary physician throughout my medical journey. He is not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely compassionate and caring. From my very first appointment, he took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and explain everything clearly and patiently. During my procedure, although I felt confident in his care, I naturally had some fears and anxiety. Dr. Fernandez made me feel comfortable and reassured every step of the way. What meant the most to me was the care and attention he showed not only to me, but also to my family. He communicated clearly with my daughter, kept her informed, and took the time to explain everything with kindness and compassion. That level of personal care made the situation much easier for both of us. I never felt rushed, and he always treated me with respect, empathy, and genuine concern. His dedication to his patients is evident in every interaction. I am still under his care, and I am grateful to continue being his patient. Knowing that I have a pulmonologist who is both exceptionally skilled and truly compassionate gives me confidence and peace of mind. I highly recommend Dr. Fernandez and his team, both in his office and at TMH, to anyone seeking a pulmonary physician who combines medical expertise with outstanding patient care and genuine compassion.

I feel Dr. Fernandez is knowledgeable and cares about his patient's health. He answered all my questions. I have confidence that I am getting the pulmonary that I need. Tori (who administered the PFT) was very helpful in positioning me in my power wheelchair, as well as caring, patient and provided very helpful explanations of the tests and the steps.
