Doctor was very knowledgeable and courteous. He gave me all the necessary info concerning the procedure that the clinic had scheduled, but he didn't seem aware that the actual procedure had indeed been scheduled before our consultation. I had met with the [...] personnel prior to this visit with the doctor to discuss all my options and after looking at my test results, the procedure was scheduled. Everyone was efficient and professional, I just wish it all seemed to be more organized when considering and then scheduling my procedure which begins this coming [...].
