Ashley Fleming, APRN

Ashley Fleming, DNP, APRN, brings 20 years of nursing experience to TMH Physician Partners – Breast Surgery, including 13 years as a nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University in 2006 and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at FSU in 2013.

Ashley has spent the majority of her career in surgical specialties, with extensive experience in vascular surgery. Over the past three and a half years, she has also provided care in hospitalist, urgent care, and primary care settings, broadening her clinical expertise and strengthening her comprehensive approach to patient care.

Her professional journey has come full circle at TMH, where she is reunited with Dr. Everidge, whom she first met while working in vascular surgery during Dr. Everidge’s residency. She has also worked alongside Dr. Blank since the beginning of her vascular surgery career, making her transition to the Breast Surgery team a meaningful one.

Ashley is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and supporting patients through every step of their surgical journey.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their young daughter, as well as their two Boston terriers. She is also an avid baseball fan.
