I think this was my first time doing telemedicine? I wasn’t sure how it worked. I actually didn’t get the email, but the young lady I spoke to on the phone, walked me through the entire process. It was great. Doctor Shivar was great. I thought he genuinely cared about me as a person.

The nursing staff was personable, the front desk extremely polite, the provider was not in a hurry and took time to explain, repeat, and let me ask questions and explain what I understood. I heard! Heard! I don't know that I've ever felt so important in a physician's office, but one other time in my life. He did use lots of big words and medical words, but then came back and explained what those were. Ben Shivar is a top-notch doc!

Great appointment feel like staff doctors really care

Doctor and PA are both very nice and concerned about my health and the lady who checked me in at the desk was like an old friend and very helpful. The nurses were nice too but I’m deaf and had trouble understanding them because I read lips so the first one was kind enough to remove her mask and the second one spoke louder for me when I told her. I appreciate them all because their efforts toward my health do make a difference in the way I feel.
