TMH provides a good atmosphere all around from the ease of parking, check-in and the visit with De Powers and staff. This also includes the blood drawing/testing process on the main floor. Very good and my wife and I appreciate their care.
It seems to be the computer system and organization of the staffing I repeatedly asked to talk to the office manager and was refused by being transferred to others
Dr Powers’ & nurses and staff are courteous, willing to listen, and answer appropriately.
