About Me
Jacquelyn “Jackie” Jacobs received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Florida. She then completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) also from the University of Florida, where her focus was on adult gerontology acute care.
Ms. Jacobs is a Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN-C) with the State of Florida. She is also certified in Critical Care (CCRN) and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). She assists Dr. Umana in Non-Invasive Cardiology/Imaging.
Jackie is passionate about making a difference in her patients’ lives and helping them to achieve their health goals. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exercising, and traveling to new places with her husband. Fun fact: Jackie is originally from Tallahassee!
