They were very kind and understand
Whoever called to confirm my appointment was rather blunt and would not help me reschedule my appointment within a reasonable timeframe (because I was busy at work). I was told the dr is busy for the next few weeks and I could get in at the end of the month.. but thankfully Dr. Pfeifer is awesome and realized I was busy on the floor in the bathroom when the call was initiated so he rescheduled me for two days out. I was disappointed in the unit secretary or whoever called to confirm my appointment because it just appeared that they did not really care about my situation. Maybe it was just how the calendar appeared to the staff member that showed there was no open slots but they just made me feel as if I were a burden in the moment. Dr Pfeifer really seems like he cares about me as a person and patient.
