On January 20th they called me and made appointment for January 27 at 2:30 PM that I confirmed.On January 27 the day of my confirmed appointment they called and told me they are going to make an appointment for me.I told them I have already have an appointment for this afternoon. They said alright keep that appointment.At 2:00 PM I was there for my appointment.They said something is wrong please wait and we'll find out.After half an hour they came and told me sorry our mistake your appointment is not today and is on February 3rd. I left.Then they called and confirmed my appointment for February the third.On February the 3rd I was there at 2:00 PM for my 2:20 appointment.They gave me papers to fill and called me in at 2:40A technician came in and did EKG and they took history and left at 2:50.I sat in the room and nobody showed up till 3:30 .I went outside and asked if the doctor is going to see me?. They said yes he will see you soon. I waited till 4:00 PM and nobody showed up.I went outside and asked if the doctor is coming? They said yes you're the next.I waited till 4:10 and nobody showed up.Then went outside. Got my co pay back and they asked me if I wanted to make another appointment!!!I said: DEFINITELY NOT.Pure mismanagement and inefficiency.
