Dr. Bartley was the first doctor in 20 years who explained enough and settled my fears over statins for cholesterol. I now take it daily.

I have been having a pain around the kidney are for 8+months. The first time, I was seen, I felt they didn't care. They looked into my chart and they saw I was going to pain clinic and was told to go see him. The pain clinic does not make a diagnosis. There was no urine test, just dismissed. I ended up going to Patient First, they did a urine, blood and got me into a CT scan. This past visit, she asked if I had any concerns. I proceeded to tell her about my pain. She is requesting a lung CT and told me there was a percentage of people have pain that can never be diagnosed. I didn't feel like she cared at all.

I appreciate the fact she scheduled the CT of more then 1 area. I felt a bit rushed and also lack of concern regarding an issue. I feel like when you are wrote off as anxiety it's tough to feel taken seriously. I can understand the doctor end of it when dealing with people who have anxiety, I'm sure it's not easy. I had a few other questions I wasn't able to ask because it seemed like the visit was very quick.

I've seen Dr. Bartley three times and she has never touched me. She's never listen to my heart. She has never really paid any concerns to any of my issues only my blood sugar levels. I have talk to her about the pain that I have she has never addressed it she's only told me to take the medicine for pain instead of trying to help me figure out why I have the pain, I am looking for another PCP because Dr. Bartley really doesn't seem as it is she wants to be my doctor or is he cares about any of the concerns I have
