Knowledgeable, pleasant, caring, aware
The only issue I have is that I spent a long amount of time filling out the pre-visit forms with all of the information about past medical history, medications, etc., only to be asked to fill out the same documents manually at check in. Found that very redundant and frustrating. The staff couldn't have been nicer, and Dr. Magro was fabulous!

I NEVER give the highest rating on surveys, but Dr Magro and his staff earned it. I have never had a Doctor that was genuinely cared about my health and was honest about my care. He reaffirmed my suspicions around some of my current medications causing weight gain and my struggle to lose the weight. He also didn't judge my weight. He asked ME if I "wanted to change that". He was able to assist me in finding an affordable option for medication to help jump start my weight loss journey and explained the process very well. I have already given his information to multiple friends that flare also looking for a new PCP. I drove over an hour to get to this appointment, due to the lack of decent PCPs in my area, and it was definitely worth that drive.
