We had some hiccups trying to get the information necessary for my initial appointment. I asked to have folks call me and I never got the calls but I can assure you that I will travel to ensure that Dr Franco remains my Endocrinologist. He is very respectful and ensured me that I can reach him with any questions regarding my care.
