Malinda Folkert, APRN was outstanding. I’ve been navigating frustrating medical challenges that are resulting in an incredible amount of procedures, referrals, tests, and medical travel for care. Malinda was the first person in all of this to take the time to listen, help me understand what some of the results may mean, and create a proactive plan that she communicated in advance (this part is HUGE) with next steps and follow ups for continued care. I cannot overstate how appreciative I am for her professionalism and empathy. It was the first time I left a medical facility and didn’t feel completely mystified or defeated.
