About Me
Originally from the Philippines, Maria immigrated to the United States in 1994 and has since built an extensive career in healthcare. She has served in a variety of clinical and leadership roles, including Care Coordinator, Clinical Education Coordinator, Heart Failure Nurse Navigator, ACLS Instructor, ECG Course Developer and Instructor, and Family Nurse Practitioner.
Maria earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Silliman University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida. She is known for her compassionate approach, attention to detail, and commitment to lifelong learning. She also has a passion for mentoring healthcare professionals and investing in the next generation of caregivers.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, kayaking, fishing, hiking, gardening, listening to music and relaxing at the beach.
