About Me
Dr. Forsthoefel received his Doctorate of Medicine, along with a Master’s of Science in Biochemistry, at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Grady Memorial Hospital and Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in Atlanta, Georgia.
His certifications include the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine with added qualifications in Geriatric Medicine. He has served as a member/chairman of several boards such as the TMH Board of Directors and Big Bend Hospice Board of Directors.
He currently practices at Southern Medical Group, P.A., and holds privileges at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare.
