About Me

Rachel Conner received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), from the University of South Florida. She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) also from the University of South Florida.

Ms. Conner is a Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN-C) with the State of Florida. She assists Dr. Powers in Internal Medicine.

When not at work Rachel enjoys traveling to new places and spending time with family and friends. She has even been skydiving in Switzerland, and studied abroad in Florence, Italy! Her favorite part of her job is taking care of patients, and knowing they are heard and respected.

In my mind this is exactly what I imagined should happen at a dr visit: i felt i could speak openly and trust the provider

With in minutes we seen to understand and began to recognize the type of problem I was having and working a workable solution to resolve the issues I was having. This worked very well and a change in treatment. I have since recommended a friend for treatment through southern medical. Thanks
