Dr. Rowland received his Master of Science Degree in Chemistry from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. He then attended Medical School and completed his Internal Medicine Internship/Residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
His certifications include the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine. He is currently the Medical Director of both Consulate Healthcare of Tallahassee (Sub-acute and Long-term) and HealthSouth Rehabilitation of Tallahassee.
