Roberto A. Camacho, MD

Dr. Camacho received his Doctorate of Medicine from Florida International University’s College of Medicine in Miami, Florida. He completed both his Residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama.

His certifications include the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and he is board eligible for Cardiovascular Disease.

Dr. Camacho currently practices at Southern Medical Group, P.A., and holds privileges at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare.

When not seeing patients, you’ll find Dr. Camacho spending time with his family, at the beach, or grilling. Dr. Camacho lives with his wife, two sons, and two rescue dogs - Jackson and Stella.

Fun fact: Dr. Camacho is an excellent cook! He enjoys researching different cooking techniques, perfecting his recipes, and has even won local chili competitions!
