He told me up front that his recommendations are based on data, which I really liked and respected. He is professional, but friendly. Our conversations are meaningful and afterwards I think about options or topics we discussed. He even provided a copy of an article about a study to demonstrate the validity of his recommendation because he knows I always research. This helped me to more fully understand the significance of his point. Again, he presented data to substantiate his recommendation. Trust is earned, and he certainly has earned mine.
