Siva Mohan Krothapalli, MD

Dr. Krothapalli received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Sri Venkateswara Medical College in Tirupati, India. He completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency as Chief Resident at The Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia.

He then completed his Cardiology Fellowship and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. He also received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Chicago, Illinois.

His certifications include the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Cardiac Electrophysiology. He currently practices at Southern Medical Group, P.A., and holds privileges at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare.

Dr. Krothapalli was drawn to electrophysiology because it is an exciting field of medicine, ever evolving, giving him many opportunities to contribute in meaningful way to his patients’ lives. His favorite part of his job is to be able to answer his patients’ questions and guide them to better health. When not at work, Dr. Krothapalli loves spending time with his 2-year-old son.
