About Me
Dr. Thaer Musa is a highly trained cardiologist specializing in interventional and structural cardiology. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Kentucky in Lexington and the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga, where he served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Musa went on to complete both a Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship and an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at the University of Florida in Jacksonville, followed by a Structural Cardiology Fellowship at Duke University Hospital in Durham, North Carolina.
He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology, and he also holds certification from the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Musa is dedicated to providing advanced, patient-centered cardiovascular care to help patients achieve optimal heart health.
