Dr. Noel received his Doctorate of Medicine with Research Honors from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency as well as his Cardiology Fellowship and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University, Medical College of Virginia Campus in Richmond, Virginia.

His certifications include the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Interventional Cardiology, and the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology.

He currently practices at Southern Medical Group, P.A., and holds privileges at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare.
