Sleep Center Services

There are a number of health risks to not getting enough sleep:

  • Heart disease and other disorders.
  • Cause or accelerate weight gain.
  • Negative effects on your memory.

The good news is that most sleep disorders are treatable once diagnosed. Our team of board-certified sleep medicine physicians, technologists and technicians are trained in identifying the symptoms of sleep disorders. They can administer the diagnostic tests needed to quickly get to the root of your sleep problem:

  • Polysomnograms.
  • Split-night sleep studies.
  • Titration studies.
  • Multiple sleep latency tests.
  • Maintenance of wakefulness tests.

Common Sleep Disorders

Some of the common sleep disorders we diagnose

  • Obstructive sleep apnea
  • Chronic insomnia
  • Chronic sleep deprivation
  • Restless legs syndrome
  • Periodic limb movement disorder
  • Narcolepsy
  • REM sleep behavior disorder
  • Sleep terrors/sleep walking

An underlying health condition may be the cause of your sleep disorder. This is why we work closely with physicians in other specialties to help patients get the additional care they need to keep their sleep disorder from worsening or returning.

Visit Patient Resources for videos about some of the most common sleep disorders and to learn whether you may have one.
