Specialty Pharmacy
TMH Specialty Pharmacy is a full-service specialty pharmacy. We provide medications used to treat rare, complex, and/or chronic diseases while providing support to help ensure that you use these medications correctly. Specialty medications can be complex and costly, and they may not be readily available at local pharmacies. These medications usually require specialty storage and handling, and they may have side effects that require monitoring by our pharmacists, who have direct access to your physician.
Our team of specialized professionals includes pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and patient care coordinators, all of whom have extensive experiences and expertise in managing complex conditions. We take personal responsibility for all your needs related to specialty medications. We focus on achieving the best possible therapeutic outcomes, monitoring drug interactions, and providing education on the safe, effective, and economical use of a drug. We also provide medications and supplies, make follow up calls to ensure that patients are taking their medications correctly, and assist with refills.
