Yes. Some TMH Physician Partners practices are accepting new patients. Please call one of our practices or request an appointment online.

We are a group of over 50 practices spanning as far east as Taylor County and as far west as Bay County. We continue to grow to meet the needs of our patients. Our administrative office is located in Tallahassee, FL. Please use our Find a Location function to find the location nearest you.

Existing patients can request an appointment in MyChart or by calling the individual practice office. New patients should call the practice office.

If you need immediate care and your normal provider isn’t able to see you, please review our Know Where to Go guide to determine the best. We are proud to offer several Urgent Care and Walk-In locations throughout the region that have extended hours for convenience.

You can see your medical records dating back to January 2022 in MyChart. You may also call your provider’s office to request a copy of your medical records.

In some cases, insurance companies will require patients to have a referral to see a specialist. Your insurance provider can best answer this question. If needed, your Primary Care provider can help you with a referral for a specialist.

Patients may pay their bill through MyChart, by calling 850-431-7289 or by mailing a check to 1607 St. James Ct., Suite 1, Tallahassee, FL 32308.
