No knowledge of tmh Healthcare, but the staff I dealt with were great.
Very pleased and impressed with staff's readiness and willingness to see and treat patients despite phone and network outage that lasted 2 hours. My family and I are very grateful of the staff of Bradfordville. We will always remember how well we were treated and seen and just hope we can continue to be in good hands for years to come.

Dr. Schafer is very caring, professional and very knowledgeable. She listens to my concerns and works to find the best solution. She doesn't rush my visits. She acknowledges how I feel and considers my suggestions regarding my health and ongoing treatment. I like the fact that she doesn't have a God complex—“I'm the doctor and I know what's best for you�. She invites my input. She has an excellent disposition and bedside manner. Dr. Schafer not only shows she cares about me as a patient but as a person. I always feel good about my visits. She's really a breath of fresh air in the medical field!

The office is very clean. The staff are courteous, helpful, and friendly. You can see they care about their job. Dr. Schafer is professional and caring. Takes the time to review your chart and answer any questions. Never feel like you are being rushed!

I'm very grateful for this practice ands the way that they helped me yesterday (& always). I was sick and needed to be soon and they found a spot for me fairly quickly and I was well cared for. The people who work in this office are delightful!
